This website shows examples of his recent work: oilpaintings with still-lifes, seascapes with VOC ships and serene landscapes. His paintings are commissioned throughout the world by the most distinguished persons and companies. The paintings refer to the Golden Age of Holland and the atmosphere of old Dutch and Italian Masters.

Tjerk Reijinga is born in Hilversum, the Netherlands.
He works and lives in Soest. Tjerk lets himself inspire by the great masters and learned the skills of fine painting by visiting museums and reading all he could lay his hands on about the masters techniques. He uses the same techniques and by doing so creates beautiful paintings on canvas or wood panel. Tjerk also paints Murals which are in fact "Trompe l'oeuils". His paintings have been auctioned and are in the collections of respectable private persons, companies and banks.
